VCD Burning

i have a .mpg movie and it is about fifty two minutes long. i also have easy cd creator 5 as my burning program. i tried to put the movie on a recordable as a vcd, but when i try to burn it, it says that it has to burn two tracks and five files. at the end, it says it has written two tracks and four files. I thought it would still work right but it is only like 200 megs and then it's only like 20 minutes of the movie. how should i fix this?

use nero and the vcd icon drag file into browser then just burn it
