    From what i know of it is free. They are awesome. But i think it has a 30 day trial only on using the MPG2 conversion.

    Yes it is freeware and like Xtreme said it as a 30 day trial but if you would like to gt unlimited Mpeg 2 encodeing you can purchase the plus version here www.pegasys-inc.com ...i bought it and im happy
