help ! authoring 2 seperate audio tracks

Hello
I did use smartripper to rip the dvd onto the harddisk. When authoring I did use Spruce-up but this program does only accept 1 audio track file where I wanted to have 2. Is there a way with Spruce-up or with another program to author 2 seperate ac3 files with the movie file? All this to be done to a DVD disc.
