Qestion about vcd easy and tmpgenc

Ok my 1st question i downloaded an mov i cant open it in is in tmpgenc. I downloaded the plugin on this websit but its still not working i put the lil file plugin in the same folderas tmpgenc still no luck. Is there any way to convert an mov? I also tried the MOV2AVI GUi on here, that too doesn't work.
And my 2nd questoin in vcd easy i did what you said on this site to turn that cdrado integration on and it worked. now when i try to open up vcd easy my pc goes to that error blue screen it says no cdr or ASPI DRIVER can you help??
