Adding "Insert Disc 2" image

How do I insert or create an "Insert disc 2" image or option at the end of a VCD?

I have the matrix, 1.2 gigs, so I had to slpit it in two on two discs and would like to have something that tells me to insert disc 2.

Just add a short MPEG at the end. There is a VCD sample at the link below.

How do I go about making a still or .jpg picture for instance into an mpg? Second, do I just place this mpeg right after my matrix.mpg file then? And It will auto-play to the next file?

Yes insert them in order (of course depending on how you're authoring them that all depends).
