  2. They are ready to burn with cdrwin or fireburner.

  3. You can burn them with Nero also i think ..... all i do is use VCDquality and convert them into MPG's. This reduces the size of them a little bit ... not much..... i delete the cue/bin file and then i burn the MPG with Nero. It doesnt reduce the quality of the picture at all when you convert it from cue/bin to MPG. If it does ... then it is so small of a change that the human eye cant tell.

Thanks, NERO does work for the .bin files.
All I did was just open NERO, Burned image, opened the .cue files (after editing it to specify the .bin file extension) and burned it with NERO.
    Thanks again!

  7. There is a reason why VCDs are sent as CUE/BIN packages rather than the raw MPEG file... it is so that YOU DON'T have to reauthor it!

CUE/BIN is a disc image format. The idea is to BURN it. You can now do so with many many burning proggies including CDRWin (best), CDRDAO (next best and freeware-- use a GUI with it like VCDEasy or XDuplicator) and even the newer versions of Nero do it properly now.

You should only extract stuff out of a CUE/BIN image if:
    1. The CUE file is missing (then, you can regenerate it by using VCDXRIP and then VCDXBUILD)
    2. You want to edit/enhance the VCD (you should use VCDXRIP to get all the files + the XML descriptor)
    3. You don't actually want to create a physical VCD and just want the MPEG
    4. The CUE/BIN is corrupted and you want to salvage what you can

    Regards.

When I used nero, i had to change the .cue file
In the .cue file there was no extension of the movie i had
    ex. the .cue file had:
    FILE "Spiderman (2002).TS.CD2-CENTROPY.ShareReactor.bin" BINARY
    TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
    INDEX 01 00:00:00
    TRACK 02 MODE2/2352
    INDEX 01 00:10:00

So I had to change it to:
    FILE "C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\Spiderman (2002).TS.CD2-CENTROPY.ShareReactor.bin" BINARY
    TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
    INDEX 01 00:00:00
    TRACK 02 MODE2/2352
    INDEX 01 00:10:00
