Whenever I try and add the mpeg file in the VCD creator i get a message that says "you will nedd to use and mpeg encoder that is VCD compliant" It also says that my video bitrate and and system clock refernce are not acceptable. I would appreciate any ideas on how to fix this problem.

can you tell us a little bit about the mpg file? are you trying to make an ntsc or pal vcd? if you check the vcd section here, you'll see the settings that ntsc/pal have to be (in terms of bitrate, res, frame rate etc)

I honestly have no clue, Im just trying to make a VCD that will play in my DVD player out of an old live Dave Matthews Band concert. If you need and more information I see what I can find out, just let me know.
