I just finished burning my backup copy of Stargate SG-1 Epi 30-31 (AVI files) and I was doing some test to make sure it was a good copy. I tried copying the episodes back to my HD. Epsiode 30 was copied to my HD except for episode 31. It kept saying Data Error (Cyclic Redundancy Check). Then I tried playing the episode from CD and it had a similiar msg pop up while I was playing it. This already happened a coupled of times while I was using diff CD-R Roms, CD burning programs and diff kinds of CDs in the past. I'm using Nero as my current CD Burner program and Yomaha CD-RW as my CD-RW Rom. The CDs I used to burn were GQ (Great Quality) brand and I burned them on 16x speed.
Anyone have a simliar problem? CAn anyone help me?
