Esay CD creator Question

Whenever I try and add the mpeg file in the VCD creator i get a message that says "you will nedd to use and mpeg encoder that is VCD compliant" It also says that my video bitrate and and system clock refernce are not acceptable. I would appreciate any ideas on how to fix this problem.

you must go back to your encoder and re-encode the file.

If you use TMPG, use the VCD template.

If you re-encode with this templatee and nutin happen, just turn off standards compliance.
