  1. finally got everything to work by following the guides to the T (who'd a geussed) any how, when I play the movie on my computer it is crystal clear (just like a DVD), but after burning it and playing it on my big screen the quality is much, much less then the computer, I realize I shold get some loss in quality, but is there any way along the process that I can improve the picture? thanks

    Need to know how you get these copies....IE what bitrate and frame size are they encoded at? If I watch a clip in a small (352x240) window they are crystal clear....but if I enlarge a poor copy it starts geting pixelly (blocky) a high quality copy can be enlarged more without this happening...Remember people...there are two DVD sizes a 4.? gig and a 9.? gig one...a CDR holds about 80 min or less than 800 megs of data...Quality will be lost
