using showshifter and capping in mjpeg, i tried to cap at 352X576 for reduction to 352X288 for vcd. all seemed well, until i looked at the video closely and realised it had only captured one field and repeated it! fair enough, i was only going to end up with one field anyway, but i can't seperate the 288 pixels i want from the 288 i don't because of the way the are arranged. they are in a 1,2,1,2,3,4,3,4 pattern. is there a filter for vdub or TMPGenc which will delete every other two lines for me, as it's really beggining to annoy me!
