i am trying to use smart ripper to back up a copy of a dvd and am getting an error message referring to volume on the dvd. the dvd is a recently new movie and is from walt d. toward the end of the smartripper process i keep getting a smartripper.exe message - wrong voume : the wrong volume is in the drive. please insert volume SIMBA into drive D:. the options i have are cancel, try again, or continue. but when i try try again it sends back the error message and when i select continue i get the message can't read block 369499 (by teposition: 73.898 KB) unlock again NOW and retry. at which point i get the options to abort, retry, or ignore. when i select rety i get the message quit ripping? yes or no. when i select no, smartripper seems to stop. any advice or help on how to get past this error would be appreciated. this is only the second dvd i have tried to back up, but the first, which was also walt d. but an earlier dvd release, did not have this problem. thank you.
