    Hi all,

Short Question. I've real Player 8 Plus, and I want to save a streaming video. The link to the .rm is made through a flash app, so I can't know the actual location of it.

    Anyone has an idea?

    Thx,
    - A Life? Cool! Where can I download one of those from?
    - I have a dream: 1,000,000,000,000 bytes free.
    - The box said: 'install on Windows XP, 2003 or better'. So I installed it on Linux.
    - Windows is NOT a virus. Viruses DO something

  2. few different ways...

probably the easiest is to use Streambox VCR with the "intercept" function turned on. the intercept almost never works for me, though, to get the right url.

you could also try to decompile the swf (using swf scanner or similar) to get the url of the rm.

or use a packet analyzer (like conmmview) to view the url when you access the rm through the flash.
