    Does anyone know how to encode spider man or lord of the rings?? Because I got both of the movies (bootlegs with chinese subtitles) both movies are 12.5 frames per second, and when i try to put them in TMGENC, it wont let me. Now, ive burned 25fps movies, along with 29, and those worked fine, can someone please tell me how to encode those 12.5fps movies?

    the way it works for me was by going in TMPGEnc>enviromental settings>vfapi plugins then I right click on the TMPGEnc plugin and click on higher priority,then when this TMPGEnc plugin was on the top of the list I was able to open spiderman and Resident Evil,works,,,
