hi, a few days back i reencoded the first two files of the lotr onto one cd and burned it as xsvcd...why does the video play back too fast? has it got anything to do with framerate or what? i'm confused. this isn't like it's something i'm going to actually watch, since the video quality isn't so good, i'm just trying to gain some knowledge.
