    Hello,

    I have installed the MPG2 player codec. I have installed the latest NIMO codec (full install), I have installed the SMR patch codec...

    I have a avi movie which when converted to SVCD will not play sound after conversion. It has good sound as an avi.

    I have also tried it in power dvd as well as windows media player. Please help me!

    Are you using virtual dub to extract the sound from the avi? If not try creating a wav using Vdub and then code the avi to SVCD format.
