    My Biterate is fix when I pick any VCD format at 1150. Can this changed I want to be able to up it for my mpeg-2 files. I have no problem with SVCD bitrate. I can change it. For that matter most of my option are blocked out and I can not use them. What am I doing wrong????

    Load the unlock.mcf in TMPGENC/Template/Extra folder
