i am currently using Tinra for converting some
.ram files into .avi and untill now i haven't had any problems.
Problem: after conversion, i check the .avi file and the sound
is perfect, but the video looks like a slide show!?!?!?
it's not flowing video like the original .ram!!!
I have never had this problem before.
Could it be because the .ram file is copyrighted or something?
Any help would be appreciated!!

Given the fact that RAM/RM files are multi-bitrate and horribly encoded, what can you expect from a shitty format?

I know the format is shitty
but I really want these clips!
I have no idea what is wrong...
Tinra has never done this to me before.

As far as its concerned, ITS outdated IMHO to handle the new encoding of RM files for Real Video. Its based off of the REal Player G2 which has been out of date for 2 1/2 years. Do you have Real Player G2 installed? its the minimum requirements.
