    I have a svcd movie encoded at 480x576 and I can not open it with TMPGEnc Plus (so I can reencode to dvd Ntsc). It tells me the file is a non compliant mpeg2 file. What Can I use to re-encode this svcd so tmpgenc Plus will open it.Is there any program out there that will let me re-encode the video? Any help will be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!
