I am making an xvcd. I tried using the bitrate calculator on this site, and it didn't work. First of all, I wasn't sure at what resolution the bitrate calculator used, so I just used the default VCD resolution in TMPGENC instead of 704X480 and it still went over my cd size. What's the best way to calculate this. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!

The current version of TMPEGenc( free version) has a very nice bitrate sizer built into the Wizard. It seems to error on the safe size if anything. It works really well for me!
