  1. I made a DVD and I want to change one of the videos and left the other ones intact. So I need to convert all the vobs except one and convert them back to mpg without rencode.
Can I convert vob to mpg?

    Thanks!

  2. VOB's are MPEG-2 ... and if it's a commerical DVD they are encrypted

you can decrypt the VOB to your HD and use a VOB splitter to cut what you want and then join them back together

changing them to any other format would require encoding

  3. tmpgenc's demux to mpv and mpa, and use tmpgenc's mux to mux them into mpg file.

    Or

    Xmuxer
