    Help! I have downloaded an mpeg video, but I cant get the video to play. It looks as if the picture is scrambled. I have downloaded nearly all the video codecs and it still wont play. I have tried the various "fix it" programs and still have the same problem. Is there anything else I can try before simply deleting the files? Thanks

    Have you tried other mpeg clips. Since you tried several players, it could your PC also.
