---Ok so I a converted a avi file to mpeg using Tmpgenc, It converted it fine to mpeg. I watched and listened to the new mpeg file on my puter. All was swell. Then I went to use nero to burn it as vcd. Ok so it asks if you want to ignore compliance click this, or if you want to reencode click this. Well if I choose to ignore the complaince, nero burns it fine except that when I watch finished product on my computer all is ok th picture the sound is all ok. But if I put in my dvd player that has played lots of vcd's, the picture is fine, but the sound sounds like a cartoon as far as the voice sounds. Okay if I click the reencode button my computer freezes up, I mean the nero program stops responding? why? How can I fix this? Am I doing something wrong?
