  1. Hey guys, i know your sick of hearing the "floating decimalpoint overflow" error and the "Decimal point error calculation" error. But ive been to search and done all of that. Ive played the WHOLE movie in VDub to find the currupt frame but it didnt stop. It just kept playing to the end. Is there any other options to gettign around the problem? Or is there another way to find the frame(s) that are causing the error. Also i dont know if its a frame thats the problem because the encoding process with TMPEGEnc isnt always at the same point. Some times i get 4% and another time i got 52%. Whats goin on?

  3. So you have searched the forum and read all the guides on how to fix this problem but none of the suggested solutions work. All I can suggest is that you search the forums again, a bit more thoroughly.

In order to be a little more helpful I will say that you need virtualdub 1.10 or higher and use the scan stream for errors option under the video menu. Once done re-save your avi file with both video and audio set to direct stream copy.

Oh and BTW, please wait a bit longer before BUMPing your posts next time.
