    So far,

    Ritek DVD+R $2.99 in 100-disc bulk package

HP DVD+R $3.46 in jewel case

    Verbatim DVD+R $3.75

Provantage (provantage.com) seems to be the best source for DVD+R and DVD+RW for now. Ships internationally but only through DHL. I tried some calculation and I concluded I'd better wait when 100-disc package by Ritek, CMC, Prodisc, and other makers become very common.
