TMPG ENC is alwayz getting buffer underflow.......

hey,
im trying head this svcd (spiderman) so it will think the svcd is a vcd on my dvd plya, it gets a bufferunder flow i close all the programs i can on my program tray im using tmpg enc here is the link to the site on wat im trying 2 to do : http://www.geocities.com/newestmoviesencode/dvdvcd

as I already posted, this buffer overflow occured to me each time I tweaked a sound file and multiplex it with the premium video file....
Even, no out-of-sync occured after so file should be ok......
My explanation is that because the new sound file is smaller than the original one, something in the program/file could sounds "wrong" but is in fact "ok"..

I have the same problem with spiderman. It quits everytime with the message buffer underrun. The thing is the synchronisation is ok, but the vcd stops. So the result is that i have a cd where everything is ok but the last 10 minutes of it are gone. So it;s stops decoding after the error message leaving you with half the movie.

D you please now how to solve this?

well, first, I am mostly working with premium mpg files... Divx/avi are quite "touchy" because encoding bitrates for sounds and even video are always differents..... And the way .avi files are encoded is always harder for a tweak... and then, for sync or any other "after job" situations....
Please tell me (or us) what is your procedure exactly...... I guess you started with the TMD Divx encoding but after that....... every file could be a quite different job......
