Hello all,
I download alot of old movies from the web, and there always divX, AVI, VCD, etc. But I recently downloaded 3 movies from a new guy at work. When I opened NERO (my usual VCD burner) and tried to burn them to VCD, it would not open them because of "unsupported file format".
They played fine in all my players, so I checked the "file properties", and I found out there all in PAL format.
I tried several of your guides, and several of your recommended programs, but NONE will open the files, again, "unsupported file format".
Is it because there in PAL format? And what can I use to convert them to NTSC? As I said they play very well in window's media player and in my DivX player.
Here's the specs:
Canonball Run
Width: 352
Height: 288
Bit Rate: 56KPS
Audio Format: MPEG Layer 3
Frame Rate: 12 Frames/second
Data Rate: 44KPBS
Please help! Thanks guys.

I'm a bit curious about the frame rate(12fps).
Your compliant VCD's would have to be 23.976,25.00 or 29.97 (film, pal, ntsc).
You should also make sure you have the lates codecs from
www.divx.com"Today is only yesterdays tomorrow"
