I'm new to ripping DVDs and I'm currently using SmartRipper, DVD2AVI and TMPGEnc and I'm not having much luck.
Followed the tutorial on vcdhelp, unfortunately there's a lot of interlaced frames which makes for bad viewing at the end of the day. Is there an easy way to remove them, and at which stage of the ripping process do I do it?
Thanks.

Ok, I managed to rip the episode, but I've managed to rip it with the Japanese soundtrack instead of the English one and I'm still learning the ropes.
Can someone just give me a pointer in the right direction?
Thanks again.
