Hi,
Can anyone help I have a lot of video tapes that I wish to catalog as thumbnails. I had a program called Automatical Video splicer that created thumbnails when scences changed. Great product but does not appear to work on win98.
Question: Does anyone know of any other program that does this same job?

I have been looking around and skimming appears to be the new term these days.
