I have a Panasonic Replay TV (It's about 2 years old) that I have ripped the mpeg files from it using linux. These files are encoded MPEG-2 and play great on PowerDVD (I'm buying a DXR3 for my DVD decoding). However I was thinking of putting my ER episodes on VCD. However I use Ulead DVD movie factory and it converts the video perfect, but my sound is 2x as fast and not on track at all with the frames. Can anyone tell me how to change my MPEG-2 Encoded files from my Replay to a VCD? And for that matter what do I have to do to put them onto DVD? Any help is appreicated.
