    Hi,

    I've captured an mpeg2 file with intervideo windvr in mpeg2 using a video resolution of 720x576, video bitrate of 7250 and audio bitrate of 96 (video had a great image quality but the sound was horrible - that is why i used 96 kbit/s) and now i would like to resize the video to 480x576 and i can't figure how to do that.
