i done the above byut when i choose the d2v as my video source and the wav file to create a mpeg the resulting file doesn`t have sound can someone help

did you play the .wav file w/ media player first?
also, is the movie you're ripping more than 3 hours long?

toast won't do wav, so using mpg file instead of m2v file gets round that?
