I've been messing around with switchable subtitles using SubRip and Winsubmux. The steps are as follows: I encode the video to SVCD, then I multiplex the audio and video since I want to have multiple audio tracks. I then remultiplex the audio and video with bbMPEG and add the subtitles using Winsubmux. The problem arises when I run the files through VCDEasy to add the chapters. VCDEasy has no problem creating the image but when I burn it my subtitles are not there. If I burn the file without adding chapters with VCDEasy then my subtitles are there no problem. Does VCDEasy mess up subtitles or is there some settings/steps I shoudl try? If I have to drop chapters that's fine by me, but I'd really like to try to get it all to work.

OK, tough topic I guess.
Well then can someone point me to some other program that can insert chapters aside from one based on vcdimager or does a program like TSVC or something similar work as well and not mess up my subs. Any kind of input is appreciated.
