Spider Man Bin File

Hi i hope someone can help,
I have Spider man,the file is a bin file.i know how to convert it to mpeg,and when i have, i can play it on Quick VCD player3.
The problem starts when i try to put it on disc to watch on my dvd player,all help on this site say i need a cue file too.
Could anyone please tell me is there a way to convert it it vcd or is it no good.

well, if u can convert the BIN file to MPEG, then you are cool.
Just burn the MPEG file as a VCD or SVCD..depending on
what the BIN file is.
