    I have a SVCD in PAL format that I want to convert to NTSC format. I read on this site that you can use TMPGenc to convert, but TMPGenc can't read the original SVCD MPEG file or DAT file.

    The only way to play/view the SVCD is using PowerDVD on my computer (which is okay), but my goal here is to convert it so I can watch it on my DVD player.

    Does anyone know of a way to convert from PAL to NTSC from a SVCD CD?

    Install the MPEG-2 codec located in the Tools are in the menu to the left.
