Hi all,
New to this hello to you all.
I have a Philips DVD+RW_D01 and tring to find out if there is any way this can be doctored somehow to allow it to burn DVD+R's or DVD-R's. DVD+RW discs are incredibly expensive and I would be grateful if anyone were able to help me.
Thank you all
Pierre

Sorry Frenchie,
Where have you been? That drive will never write to +R. You will need the newest DVD+R/RW drive. I guess its the DVDRW209? if its a Philips.

Thanks for your help here, well confirming my worst fears anyway! I really thought there may be a fix, some software of perhaps a little mod to the writer itself, but it seems not. Thanks again for your replies, pierre
