In Photoshop, you can layer photos. This lets you combine two or more scenes into one. Can you do that with video...for example combine two or digital film clips into a single overlaid clip?
Also, anyone know of a site where you can get video clips (not porn).

Most decent video editors can overlay video clips and set the transparency of the overlay track(s); some allow a single overlay track, some allow dozens.
