  1. I captured a movie in ntsc dvd using powervcr II. This created a 2.69GB (after registry tweak) sized mpg2 file. I can't seem to burn this file with any program (nero, ulead movie factory, etc.) Nero returns an error saying that the fileis too large (over 2gb) and movie factory can't even find the file.

What do I have to do to get this to burn to a dvd-r using my pioneer a04? I was under the impression that since it is a mpg2 file it was ready to go.

One thing to note, I tried using spruceup and prassi only to encounter a bad_pool_call blue screen of death no my win2k machine.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The situation that you are describing can be caused by using the wrong settings for the harddrive.
I suggest to use an NTFS partition for the harddrives, this because the FAT32 has an limited file size of 2 GB.

  6. PatMar, thanks for the reply, however, I am using NTFS. It is nero that says the file is too large. Also, there is only one file with a .mpg extension, not seperate video_ts and audio_ts files. What I am doing wrong?
