I have 2 hrs of mpeg-2 video clips compressed to .mpg files and created the menu and chapters in DVDit. When I build the DVD, it is telling me that it is less than 4.7GB but it still won't burn onto DVDR. The error message says it can't fit 4.7GB onto a CDR. It is not detecting the DVDR in the drive. But I checked all the settings. What's wrong? Please help.

Its doing the same thing to me!! I can't figure out how to make it burn with my Pioneer a04. It finds it and I have it highlighted but insists on telling me it cna't fit the file onto a CD-r, even tho I have DvDr selected
The only thing I have figured out to do is have it make the files on the Harddrive nad burn it with Nero
works like a charm
Still wish I could burn directly from DvDit -
You may have done this already but under File > Project Settings make sure you have DVD-R 4.7GB selected as your media type.
