    i created a new SVCD and it has a optin saying ENCODING and it ses pal ntsc so i clicked pal (the mpg is ntsc) does this mean ner will rencode auto?

    Don't even think about reencoding with Nero. Use a real MPEG encoder like TMPGEnc instead. A link to TMPG you will find at the tool section. The answer how to do it you will find in the convert section and via the forum search.
