    I extraced SpidermaN WITH ISO BUSTER AND I LOAD ITIN tmpgenc
    and it ses Error: Can not read file or file is un sported
    Its a MPEG 2 ?? Plz help quick

    Only you know whether it is MPEG-2 or MPEG-1. Check the tool section for analyse tools. TMPGEnc will open MPEG-1 files without problems. If it is MPEG-2 I suggest to copy a MPEG-2 VFAPI plugin to the TMPG dir.

    Also you can create a new project with DVD2AVI and open the *.d2v in TMPGEnc.
