    i keep experiencing probs. it writes: the file can not be opened or unsupported. can someone help me? i tried frameserving also didnt work.
    an i am a total blur when it comes to computer stuff ..

    can someone help?

    can you play the file on your computer? sounds like you're missing the codec for the avi file. if you can't play it, install the nimo codec pack(in tools here). if you can play the file with media player, in TMPG, go to options-->environmental settings-->vfapi plugin
    right click on the direct show reader, and increase priority until it is at the top. one or both of those suggestions should help your problem

    p.s. if you searched the forums, you could have found this answer somewhere
