I am having a problem viewing my vcd on my stand alone player.
I have many vcds but this is the first time I have taken svcd and tried to watch it on my panasonic dvd-rv31.
I used gnu vcdtoolsx and followed the steps outlined on some of the great help available here. I took the two video images and burned them using toast ti on OS X10.1.4
when i watch the movie it is strange. almost like the vcd isnt spinning or moves in slow jerky motion with hardly any sound but if i press fast forward (the slowest mode) the sound can be heard and is in sync only slightly too fast.
I also played the svideo mpeg using vcdlan and it plays perfectly on my computer
any help would be greatly appreciated.
