I am attempting to convert a NTSC Mpeg to SVCD format with TMPGENC 2.53.35.130. However, I get "Illegal floating point decimal order" each time I attempt to do so. I have tried under Win XP Pro & W2K Pro.
What does this error mean? How do I bypass it?
How do I bypass other errors when encoding in this program? My friends and I have tried to encode various files and have been stopped at various points by bad blocks or such. How do I get it to correct, ignore, or remove the errors?
Thanks!
Dave
