Help with NPO

Hello guys. I'm struggling to download this film https://npo.nl/start/afspelen/nuclear-boy. Its free but geoblocked to NL so I had to use VPN to play the video. First I tried downloading with fetchv but that failed. Then I tried "yt-dlp --allow -u" with its mpd but the video came out blank and had no sound (received a separate m4a file). I also tried with downloading 'WidevineProxy2' for Chrome but I've had issues with that.
