    Please help someone. i have many SVCD MPEG2 and have been trying to create VCDs using TMPGEnc the movies like harry potter and Oceans elevn are NTSS and i want to convert them to PAl but when i do the playback is slow of motion shots What is wrong i have a Sony DVPNS300 player UK version. is it something to do with bitrate.

    i doubt its the bitrate. check to see if your player has a pal/ntsc auto converter. if it does, play around with it until you maybe fix your problem. pal->ntsc or ntsc->pal conversions can be shaky at times so be patient.
