Downloading full subtitle from Pluto?

I'd like to download subtitles only from Pluto.tv
For example this tv show: https://pluto.tv/us/on-demand/series/69cd77d8ede44078d09ac3ea/episode/69cd77dcede44078d09b38ae

When I inspect, the vtt are showing, but they are split and each one contain 2 lines.

Is it possible to DL the full subtitle instead of downloading one by one and join them?
