I torrented Revival Of Evangelion, but I want help, combining the files together so I can copy and paste it as one file, rather then sperate files linked together. Here is a to the folder. Any help would be appreciated.

As simple as possible, use Avidemux (https://avidemux.sourceforge.net/download.html : Linux, Microsoft ...). Presupposition : All files have the same resolution, same fps, same audio, video codec ...
Open Avidemux, drag and drop one file after another to the Avidemux window, that's it. Save the file in copy mode.
But also you can edit the file, cursor up/down to get a Key-frame where a cut is possible without reencoding.
