    I was about to download this youku's drama

    But in this video, they are using webDRM instead of the usual cbcs
    I tried to decrypt it with mp4decrypt and it didnt work

    Access to the site or video? I'm pretty sure that its giving 6 minutes of free to watch. If it access to the site, maybe try to change dns or use vpn, bcs mine just working fine even in incognito mode
