    Would some one please tell me waht do I need to play *.dat file on the DVD/VCD/SVCD/MP3 player ? It plays on the computer but scambles on the DVD/VCD/SVCD/MP3

    oh by the way my dvd/vcd/svcd player is region free.

    Use Nero and select VCD, drag dat and burn !
